Welcome drink & DG's speech 18:00, seated 18:30, dinner ?
This year you will be served a 'julbord' of a very different kind!
Dinner starts with a 'tapas style' starter at each table, where you will find everything from ceviche of cod, salmon pastrami, and prawn & lobster cocktail, to deviled eggs, Caesar salad and charcuterie, etc.
The main course will be buffet style where you will get the feeling of being in Manhattan, enjoying street food from all over the world! Everything from Korean ribs and Italian meatballs, to New York strip steak and chicken drum sticks, as well as baked celeriac, served with different sauces. There will also be plenty of sides such as mac 'n' cheese, grilled corn, coleslaw and roasted kale etc.
(NB: menu subject to change - dietary requirements will be catered for as far as possible )
The entertainment starts after dinner and begins with The Gibson Brother LIVE!
Followed by a DJ and dancing until the small hours.....
