We have arranged for reduced rates in two hotels located within a walking distance of the NOBUGS conference site.
Avenue Hotel Copenhagen is a 4-star hotel and has 66 rooms and is located within 10 minutes walking distance from the venue and 5 minutes walking distance from the metro station Forum. It is a modern, yet charming small hotel with a nice lounge area on the ground floor. All room bookings include organic breakfast and free wifi.
The reduced rates are valid until the 5th of October and are as follows:
Standard single room: DKK 1.080 / night (including breakfast and VAT)
Standard double room, single-use: DKK 1.230 / night (including breakfast and VAT)
Superior double room, single-use: DKK 1.430 / night (including breakfast and VAT)
The reduced rates are valid for the period 12th of October to the 21st of October and can be used for the NeXus/NIAC meetings, the NOBUGS conference and the satellite workshops. Free cancellation until 30 days before arrival.

Radisson Blu Falconer Hotel is a large modern 4-star hotel with an international feeling. It is located within 10 minutes walking distance from the venue and 2 minutes walking distance from the metro station Frederiksberg. All room bookings include breakfast, free wifi and free access to health & fitness club.
The reduced rates are valid until the 5th of October and are as follows:
Standard room, single use: DKK 1095 / night (including breakfast and VAT)
The reduced rate is valid for the period 11th of October to the 21st of October and can be used for the NeXus/NIAC meetings, the NOBUGS Conference and the satellite workshops. If you are planning to extend your stay outside this period, please make two reseravations to be able to have the reduced rates for 11th-21th of October. Free cancellation until 4 pm on the day of arrival.
