Description

Understanding the nature of surfactant mixing at interfaces is important in the wide range of surfactant applications in home and personal care products. Neutron reflectivity, in combination with deuterium labelling, has transformed our ability to probe surfactant mixing at interfaces. Recent developments in characterising and understanding the nature of multi-component mixing at interfaces will be reviewed.
