If you require a letter of invitation to the Joint ESS ILL User Meeting for the purpose of obtaining a visa, please contact the conference organiser (neuwave12@ess.eu) providing the following information.
- Full name as written in your passport
- Date of birth
- Passport number
- Nationality
- Issuance Date
- Expiration Date
- The date you intend to arrive in the Schengen Zone
Please note: you will be required to register and pay for the conference before a visa letter will be issued.
