Motion Control Workshop #2

The ESS Motion Control and Automation group would like to invite you to the second MCA Workshop to be held at ESS 15 – 17 November 2016. The workshop will begin after lunch on Tuesday and end around lunch time on the Thursday. Apologies if the dates and times do not suit, we did our best to suit as many people as possible. The focus of this workshop will shift from field devices which was the main topic at the previous workshop to motion control units themselves. We’re interested in finding out what people are using and sharing experiences of what works well, what are drawbacks of your controller etc. The format will be similar to last time with some round table discussions and most likely a practical lab session with an agenda released shortly before the workshop.
