Practical Information (Download v.2)
We plan the event from 11.00, starting with an optional tour of the Wigner facility on June 24, until 14.00 on June 25.
We would like to encourage participants to arrive by 12.00 at the latest on Monday, June 24. If it is more economical to arrive on Sunday to Budapest, ESS will cover both hotel nights. The costs of any other prolongation of stay will be charged on participants.
Shuttle service:
We kindly ask you to email the flight numbers, arrival and departure times to Eszter Lencsés at eszter.lencses@esss.se, as we would like to coordinate the shuttle from the airport to the hotel/venue.
