I have included a map of Louvain la Neuve. I have coloured the Conference center, railway station, hotel and SCK-CEN office in green. The walking path from the railway station to the hotel in Louvain-la-Neuve is coloured pink.
The only hotel in Louvain-la-Neuve is unfortunately fully booked already, after that I already booked all the available rooms for participants I know will come. Therefore this hotel is not in my list anymore. The hotel is called IBIS, former Mercure hotel which is the name on the map.
