Dear all I am happy to invite you to the 3rd Open Collaboration Meeting on Superconducting Linacs for High Power Proton Beams (SLHiPP-3), which will take place in Louvain-la-Neuve, outside Brussels. Please register already today, but latest on April 11. The hotels have rooms to a negotiated rate. I have managed to extend the last day for booking the hotel rooms to this rate to the 28th of March. But please do this asap, as I couldn't pre-book too many rooms. The hotels are in a nearby city. There will be buses taking you from and to the hotel for the conference, dinner etc. In the evening on Tuesday the 16th there will be a Welcome Reception in Aula Magna in the city center of Louvain-la-Neuve. As all people arrive different times there is no transport arranged but either you go directly there when arriving to Louvain-la-Neuve or take a taxi from the hotel. There will be a bus taking you all home after the reception though. The Welcome Reception opens at 6 pm and continues until 11 pm. We serve something to drink and something light to eat as well.
